Tax Receipts for Parking

Important Information

We advise all customers to download receipts at the time of purchase, as they may not always be available post-purchase depending on the payment method and the time elapsed since the transaction.

Receipts for casual/drive up parking

If you swiped a payment card on entry:
At the exit gate, swipe the same card used on entry and follow the prompts to add your mobile number. You will be sent SMS containing a link to download your tax receipt.

If you are paying at a pay machine in the car park:
In-car park pay machines offer the opportunity to get a receipt at the time of payment. We advise all customers to print receipts at this time, as they may not always be available post-purchase.
